BikeSeatGuru Shipping and Return Policies

Please refer to the following for our shipping and return policies:

All saddle demo rentals receive free shipping in both directions.  For purchases, any orders $150 or greater will receive free shipping, either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground shipping. For expedited shipping service, please contact us prior to placing your order. Orders less than $150 will be charged a flat rate of $7.99 for shipping.

If you’re not certain of your saddle purchase, please use our saddle demo program to order test saddles. As a small independent shop, we have limited capability to accept returns on purchased saddles. To return a purchased saddle, please contact us to arrange for the return. For purchased saddles, please refer to the following policies:

1. A purchased saddle may be returned for refund only within 21 days: the saddle must be received in our Florida location within 21 days after your purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
2. To be accepted for refund, the saddle must be in perfect condition, free of breakage, scuffs, tears, marks, stains, tape, etc.
3. To be accepted for refund, the saddle must be returned with any accessories included with the saddle purchase.
4. You will be charged up to $25 restocking fee for any returned saddle. The remainder of your refund will be mailed as a check within 72 hours of receipt of your returned saddle, if it meets the above criteria.
